Where do you ship?+
We ship across the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days from order date.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay when your order arrives. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are coming soon.
How long does dispatch take?+
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Morecambe warehouse.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. See our Returns Policy.
How do refunds work?+
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment instrument (or, for COD orders, by bank transfer).
Do you ship internationally?+
Not at this time. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page and enter your order number plus the email you used at checkout.
Are your prices in GBP?+
Yes — all prices include applicable VAT and are shown in pounds sterling (£).
