Refund Policy
Refunds are straightforward at Klyvras. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we issue your refund within 7 business days — guaranteed.

- Bank clearing: a further 3–5 business days for card refunds.
- Method: always refunded to the original payment method (or by UK bank transfer for COD).
- Shipping: original shipping was free, so no shipping is deducted.
02When You're Entitled to a Refund
- The item is returned within the 14-day window (see Returns Policy).
- The item is unused, complete and in its original packaging.
- The item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described.
- You cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (see Cancellation Policy).
03How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds are always issued to the original payment source where possible:

04Refund Timing
Once your return reaches our warehouse:
- We inspect the item within 1–2 business days.
- We email you a refund confirmation.
- The refund is initiated within 7 business days of inspection.
- It appears on your statement within a further 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
05Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued where an item shows signs of use, is missing accessories or has been damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging. We always email an itemised explanation before deducting any amount and give you the option to have the item returned to you at our cost.
06Shipping Fees
Outbound shipping was free on your order, so nothing is deducted. If you used a paid courier service to return the item (change-of-mind), we cannot refund your courier costs — refer to the Returns Policy. Where Klyvras pays return shipping (faulty/incorrect item), the full amount is refunded.
07Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund 14 business days after our confirmation email:
- Check your bank statement again — refunds sometimes appear under the original payment line.
- Contact your card issuer or bank.
- If still missing, email support@klyvras.shop with your order number and we will trace the refund within 1 business day.
08Your Statutory Rights
This refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
