Billing Terms

Transparent, honest billing. The price you see is the price you pay — in GBP, with VAT included, no hidden fees and no surprise surcharges.

01Currency

All prices, taxes and totals are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £). Conversion to other currencies, where shown, is for reference only and is not the amount charged.

02VAT & Taxes

UK VAT, where applicable, is already included in every price displayed on the website. We never add tax at checkout. Business customers requiring a VAT-itemised invoice can request one by emailing support@klyvras.shop with their order number.

03Shipping Cost

Shipping to every UK address is free with no minimum spend. Shipping shows as £0.00 at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for delivery timelines.

04Accepted Payment Methods

Klyvras currently accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No online payment is required to place the order.

Coming soon: debit/credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

05Order Authorisation

When card payments are enabled, you may see a temporary authorisation hold on your card. This is not a charge — it is held by your bank to confirm funds. The actual charge is taken when your order ships. If we cancel the order, the authorisation is released within 1–10 business days depending on your bank.

06Receipts & Invoices

Your order confirmation email is your receipt and includes:

  • Order number and date.
  • Itemised list of goods, quantities and prices.
  • VAT-inclusive total.
  • Delivery address.

A paper delivery note is included with your shipment. Request a formal VAT invoice at any time at support@klyvras.shop.

07No Hidden Fees

The total at checkout is exactly what you pay. We never add:

  • Service or handling fees.
  • Card surcharges (in line with UK Payment Services Regulations 2017).
  • Packaging or fuel surcharges.
  • Subscription auto-renewals.

08Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If you believe a charge is unauthorised, please contact us first — we resolve almost all queries within one business day, which is faster than a bank chargeback.

09Payment Security

The website is served over HTTPS/TLS. When card payments are enabled, card data is processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment partners — we never see or store your full card number on our servers.
