  • "Goods" — products listed for sale on klyvras.shop.
  • "Order" — your request to purchase goods.

03Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we email you a dispatch confirmation. Until then, no contract exists and either party may cancel.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
  • There is an obvious pricing or description error.
  • We suspect fraud or breach of these terms.
  • Delivery to your address is not possible.

If we cancel, you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

04Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display but may change without notice.

If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm at the corrected price or to cancel and refund in full.

05Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier in cash on delivery. Additional payment methods (debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are being introduced. See our Billing Terms for the full breakdown.

06Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free to UK addresses. Delivery timeframes, dispatch handling and tracking are explained in full in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are delivered.

07Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel any online order. See our Returns Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

08Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 where applicable.

09Intellectual Property

We do not exclude or limit liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud; (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any single order is limited to the price you paid for the goods in that order.

12Privacy & Cookies

How we collect and use your data is covered in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the moment you place that order.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
